There was no rulebook yet, so they chose the winner by voting, and the legendary Johnny Moss became the first champion of the WSOP. In 1971, they changed the structure of the competition to a knockout form, which is still popular today, making the competition much more exciting.

This is how its long history started, and the prestigious competition has been organized ever since then, and the number of participants increases each year. The ultimate winner will receive the title of the best poker player in the world, among other things.

They organize several prestigious rounds around the world, the one in Las Vegas stands out among them, for which the entry fee alone is 10,000 dollars, but the winner can take home 10 million dollars. The WSOP bracelets are world-famous prizes as well. Legendary poker players were born here, such as Doyle Brunson, Stu Ungar, and Johnny Chan.

Like the WCOOP, this is also an online tournament with a massive prize pool and several types of poker. The 2018 winner took home more than $20 million. The Triton Million tournament offers the biggest prizes as the buy-in reaches a million dollars.
